yesterday and today...

young folks these days are given a bad image frequently but if you care to look back a few years then were things that much different.

as the rugby club were entertaining cardiff saries this saturday it prompted reflection not only on there trip to face saturdays adverseries but of revelry from yesteryear.

This current crop returned home from the capital with a prize asset taken probably from the side of the a470 near treforest.

The Welsh on the sign is, predictably, incorrect and nonsensical.

What's the point? There are all sorts of reasons why public signs like this should be bilingual, but that means English and Welsh, not English and something that looks a bit like Welsh but ticks a box deep in a filing cabinet somewhere.

perhaps the 'incorrectness' is down to the modernity of the message.
wasn't that part of the problem of the options of the redrafting of secondary education, the authority 'had to be seen to be' offering a level students a full bi lingual and almost certainly welsh language curriculum.
